Compressor:
Equipped with selected original imported brand fully enclosed reciprocating/scrollcompressors. Good performance and low noise. According to customer needs andtonnage, single or multiple units can be used in combination. Compressors canautomatically alternate operation according to load changes, balancing the operatingtime of each compressor and greatly extending the service life of the chiller.
Evaporator:
The evaporator uses internally and externally threaded copper tubes, with ribbed innersurfaces and smooth outer surfaces, ensuring good cooling efficiency. The evaporatorbody is insulated with 25mm thick PE insulation boards, preventing condensation andminimizing cooling loss.
Condenser:
Uses steel tube aluminum fin heat exchangers, designed and manufactured with singleor multiple circuits. The coil heat exchange area is larger than standard designs,ensuring uniform surface air speed, stable heat exchange, and long-lasting efficiency.
Protection system includes:Temperature control switch, high and low-pressure switches, overload protection,compressor overheating protector, compressor frequent start protection, and alarmindicators.
Cabinet panels:
The unit's cabinet panels are precisely processed using CNC punching, coated withelectrostatic powder paint. The exterior is luxurious and attractive, with good soundinsulation performance.
