Our company's water-cooled screw chillers all use carefully selected,original imported brand semi-hermetic screw compressors, with dualscrews at a 5:6 tooth ratio and advanced linear design, offering low-carbon,energy-saving, and environmentally friendly performance: high efficiencyand low noise. Depending on customer needs and cooling capacity, singleunits or multiple unit combinations can be used. The compressors canautomatically alternate operation based on load changes, balancing therunning hours of each compressor, significantly extending the lifespan ofthe chiller, with trouble-free operation lasting over 45,000 hours.
High-Efficiency and Energy-Saving Evaporator
The evaporator copper tubes use Japan Kobe internal and externalthreaded enhanced tubes. The copper tube surfaces are threaded, withsmooth exterior surfaces and good cooling performance. The evaporatorshell is insulated with 25mm thick PE panels, preventing condensation andminimizing cooling loss. The latest CAD design technology is applied inmanufacturing, completed with CNC processing, resulting in a compactstructure and stable performance.
