The compres-sors can automatically alternate operation according to load changes, balancing therunning hours of each compressor, greatly extending the service life of the chiller unit, withtrouble-free operation reaching over 45,000 hours.
High-Efficiency and Energy-Saving Evaporator:
The evaporator copper tubes use Japanese Kobe internally and externally threadedreinforcement tubes. The copper tubes have threaded inner surfaces and smooth outersurfaces, providing excellent cooling performance. The evaporator shell is insulated with25mm thick PE insulation boards, preventing condensation and minimizing cooling loss.Using the latest CAD design technology and CNC machining, the structure is compact andperformance stable.
Water-Cooled Screw Chiller - Protection Devices:
All our chiller units are equipped with protection systems, including safety devices,temperature control switches, anti-freeze switches with fusible links, high and low-pressureswitches, overload protectors, compressor overheat protectors, frequent start protectionfor compressors, and abnormal indicator lights.

Our company has developed a high-intelligence PLC and PC-level computer control systemwith explosion-proof circuit control. This system supports remote monitoring and control,is easy to operate, directly connects the main unit to the power supply, has low failure rates,high safety levels, and is easy to install. The system allows real-time adjustment, is intuitiveand reliable, features a full Chinese display screen, menu-style keys, and can adjust theunit's operating status, providing a convenient operating environment.
