Compressor:
Original imported branded fully enclosed reciprocating and scroll compressorsare selected. They offer good performance and low noise. Depending oncustomer needs and tonnage, single or multiple unit combinations can be used.The compressors can automatically alternate operation according to loadchanges, balancing the running time of each compressor, greatly extending theservice life of the chiller unit.
Evaporator:
The evaporator uses inner and outer threaded copper tubes, with threads onthe inner surface and a smooth outer surface, providing a good cooling effect.The evaporator body is insulated with 25mm thick PE insulation panels,preventing condensation and minimizing cooling loss.
Condenser:
The condenser uses copper tubes imported from Germany and Japan,processed into trapezoidal low-resistance tubes to enhance heat transfercapability. The inner surface of the copper tubes is made smooth to reducewater pressure and make cleaning and maintenance easier. Protection systemdevices include: temperature control switch, high and low pressure switches,overload protection, compressor overheat protector, compressor frequent startprotector, and abnormal indicator lights.
Chassis Panels:
The unit's panels are precisely processed using CNC punching machines andfinished with electrostatic powder coating, giving a luxurious and attractiveappearance, while also providing good sound insulation.
